STORY

Our protagonist is a young boy named Alex, who dreams one day becoming the next Dragonmaster, following the steps of his idol : the famous Dragonmaster Dyne, whose job was to protect the goddess Althena. After his disappearance, a few years ago, a dark evil ( Magic Emperor) starts to threaten the land and its peaceful inhabitants. So Alex, sets off on an epic adventure in quest for the four dragons.
A journey full of dangers and thrills, with the fate of the world in his hands and the help of his beloved friends, will he be found worthy to travel along the path of his hero?

 

OVERVIEW

The story isn't fresh but it's very well executed, with lots of plot twists and a very strong - alive set of characters. The graphics on PSP edition, are more detailed and colorful, beautifully remade. There are also new story anime scenes that fill in all the blanks of the previous versions. The battle system although based on a traditional japanese RPG (turn -based) form, where you choose what to do and then watch it happen, has some new added gameplay features, like the AI (auto pilot) option mode, the strategic formation of the party or you can even try to avoid some annoying enemies. About the excellent soundtrack what can i say?... Only that the music theme will stay in your head long after you finished the game.

In all ways, Lunar Silver Star Harmony, is a memorable classic at its best, a must have on everyone's game bookshelf.
